If you guys see their recent comms video it becomes very obvious that TenZ is a problem on this team and all his teammates know it too. I will give you guys 3 instances from a single video-

At 14:50 you can see that Zellsis is trying to make it upto TenZ by sweet talking and TenZ is looking all sad n shit. I can tell you 100% Zellsis destroyed him in the team talk after bind.
At one point, Zellsis tells them not to overpeak and Zekken instantly points towards TenZ and gives him a thumbs down
Kaplan brings up the comm issues and he instantly addresses TenZ and zekken
When Zellsis was asked which team needs a roster shake up, Zellsis said Sentinels. Now why would he say this when they are in masters madrid? He said zekken is the GOAT, johnQT is the IGL and his best friend, sacy is a legend in this game so we all know who he wants out.

Everyone knows why tenz is still on this team, including his teammates. From watching zellsis vod review their games I can assure you zellsis thinks tenz is shit. TenZ is a shy and introverted guy so it's easy to make him the punching bag too. Only person I have ever seen appreciate tenz on this team is Sacy. The team dynamic is not good and it's gonna melt if it continues like this where everyone blames one guy on the team for their losses but they can't really kick him out because he keeps the lights ON.

I don't know why you think zellsis would blame the bind loss on TenZ. They only won that single defense round because of tenz 3k, in other rounds he would get peeks with his OP or make a play through TP to take advantage and SEN would still lose! If anything zellsis played that bind defense half horribly. Got lurked on, got caught reloading, threw that last round. I am pretty sure he was talking about something else on 14:50

Thats simple.They simply lost their form from kickoff.Its not like they go in every match with set strats everytime cause that is simply hard to do everygame.Also u have to account for enemy strats as well which u won't know either.So every team has a general gameplan that they follow and include some anti strats here and there.So when ur opponent do something u need to be able to react in a way where u can get the advantage and don't get caught off guard and lose the round.Sen used to be able to be really flexible and creative in how they play.They used to be always in sync.They aren't in sync anymore as how they were in kickoff.Thats it.It probably some mental thing ,could be they were tired w no breaks.Zellsis said they were tired.So they took today off.Their problem isn't big so fixing it isn't difficult but they need to recognize exactly what it is.

TenZ being the problem is only a community narrative. People who actually watches the games, which SEN players+coaches surely do, it becomes pretty clear that TenZ is the X factor. The man can win 80% of his 1v1s, his utility is on point, insane APR which proves how good he is at setting his team up, great in clutches. Like what can he not do?
I could bet a 100$ that all his teammates and coaches appreciate him a lot. Or at least they should since tenz really thrives when he is confident. Zekken calling his teammates bad thing is just banter

his dead comms are insane hello? he comms a shit ton in the video jokes around in freeze time sometimes he overpeaks after getting a 2k which every player does and its just learning from that, TenZ and Zekken aren't looking as good as they did in Kickoff playoffs and in Madrid group stage.
