I think overwatch players have a good game sense on a macro level, but overwatch experience doesn’t help as much on a micro level (how to peek properly, getting good timings, xhair placement, etc).

Cypher tripwires (aka "trips" or "traps") are a breakable utility commonly placed on walls. By shooting the wall where it is placed, you can break the tripwire and effectively counter it. Additionally, killing the cypher will disable the tripwire.

tenz has world class mechanics but his decision making definitely puts him lower than many other duelists. watching him play today was pretty painful, just running in without considering who could trade him. it works out more often than not now, but he'll definitely be in for a rude awakening when he competes against other regions where players can punish him more.

Buff it intelligently. Viper as a character rn is very flawed. People wanted viper buffed because some of her utility looked cool. The agent had potential, but it was generally weak/unplayable. But increasing numbers on a character to improve it and make it more relevant does not make it more enjoyable. The utility could’ve been reworked to make it more useful, not oppressive.

Another example: brim was underused, but instead reimagining the boring ass utility, they buffed the hell outta the smokes (which is stupid as fuck to play against).
