I don’t think this is a good precedent to set for the future. There is a good possibility that this isn’t intentional. From the cypher’s POV, the cam looks like a perfectly legit cam. Most pro cyphers just go in customs and place cams wherever they can. There’s a chance he noticed it was bugged, there was a chance he didn’t. Punishing off of weak evidence like this is gonna lead the way for even sketchier rulings later, and players will be scared to experiment with unique util placement/usage, fearing it might be counted as a “bug”.

I don’t even think the punishment was appropriate, given the amount of doubt around the bug. They should’ve just not counted breeze and arranged to play another map.
