The truth

The truth about the global competitive scene is that in general Brazil and Turkey have the most talented players and a large number are less than 20 years old, inevitably these players will dominate the world stage for a long time. It is possible that there will be a big transition of these players to European teams after Iceland, because they are incredible players with very low buyout, European teams have the best staffs and the greatest knowledge of Valorant in general, this is what makes your region so strong. The truth about NA is that they will probably fight to win a single game from the main regions in the Masters, because this scenario is leveled down, except for some good players like Sick, Dapr, Asuna, TenZ, Victor, Sinatra, young talent is lacking in region and this is very serious if we think about the long term, but I believe that after the first international championships they will learn from the EU/TR/BR how Valorant should be played, it was very painful to watch the series SEN vs T1, it seemed to me that it was the players' first time with the agents, it was very ugly to see. I really think TenZ is a good player, but I believe he is overrated, so far he has done nothing to justify the hype around him as one of the best in the world, comparing him to Mwzera and CNED is something stupid, he is much less mechanically, much less mature, more selfish, not far from having the same impact on games as these two, and hiding in big games. In my opinion, only in Brazil there are at least 10 duelists better than TenZ, imagine in Turkey and in the EU, I can even list all 10 players, but I believe that if Tenz has humility and changes his mentality he will have a bright future at Valorant as a player, he will improve when he watches the Masters and get frustrated by taking a beating from the strongest teams.

I dont think you can put tenz on any other agent than Jett or Reyna. His playstyle is heavily reliant on skills like dash away and dismiss since hes always out of position. Sen shudve utilized him that way, they almost lost, jesus. I think Tenz major problem is he keeps taking unfavorable duels and since he has godly aim, he gets away w it alot of the times, so it became a habit that bites his ass against actual top tier players

I think SEN placed him on Raze to counter the Viper on the other team (especially on the third map). Raze's utilities made it difficult for T1 to retake both sites because of nades, roomba, and her ulti.

I thought about that too, but I don’t know, it’s a lot of agony to see TenZ playing so slow with Raze baiting his teammates like Sick and Shahzam, I think it’s not much of what we know as KDA Player, it seems that the guy doesn’t want to win, just appear as a top fragger during the maps and this is very sad imo.

wait what. he was literally doing the opposite. he was entrying like a dumbass without any support from his teammates. he was just dying every round on Raze before anyone else. i mean that is stupid but he is not what you are saying at all.

I think we didn’t watch the same game because Sick and Shahzam were looking for the First Kills

tenz has world class mechanics but his decision making definitely puts him lower than many other duelists. watching him play today was pretty painful, just running in without considering who could trade him. it works out more often than not now, but he'll definitely be in for a rude awakening when he competes against other regions where players can punish him more.

you just said whats inside everyone guts, but they are too afraid to say anything, but one thing is for sure, its not healthy for the br/tr scene when imports come in, imports equals less competition, what means less investors, lets say, imagine br without the top teams, it would be a disaster, ikr its just a question of time to a team starts to dominate again, but br/tr will never develope a scenario, it would be a weak region in a long term, but its not about what is healthy, its about who has more money, and the incoming disaster is imminent

I agree with everything, unfortunately the world we live in is like this, Europe and NA will always take the most talented players because they have more money, at least in Riot games you can only have 2 foreigners per team, so this process becomes more slow..

+1 been saying this for quite a while. Any person that thinks in their right mind that NA is a real competitor have never watched the game outside of NA. The only team I think has a chance is 100T, those guys actually seem to know what they're doing, and have a real hard carry in Ethan on a real agent in Sage, not just like on SEN or some of the other 'top' NA teams where they just rely on a Jett or Phoenix going crazy every game or they lose

I agree, 100T has a lot of experience of players who have played many Majors, for sure they have the greatest ability to get playoffs in the Masters, if even they did not know how to use any skills of the agents they would still be a difficult team to play against for the experience, I know that they are inferior in mechanics but they have a lot of intelligence and notion of game, I can calmly see Ethan and Hiko guaranteeing many clutches in Iceland.

I feel like nitr0 is also underrated in terms of his utility usage and it will highly help 100T find success in Iceland

I think with the strats and knowledge from eu and the raw talent from the turks, the eu scene will dominate once we get international teams.

This simply seems like a biased view, there is plenty of young talent but not much of it is shown in the U.S. scene yet because most of them have not made it to those "tier 1" teams. All Sentinels players have admitted that their play yesterday was horrible and to base their skill off of any games played yesterday is unfair and idiotic. The mentioning specifically about Tenz seems to be once again based on yesterday's game and to say that he is not a top player in the world is simply false, and to compare him so poorly to all these other guys is exaggerated.

Vision Strikers player said he was worried about one main team from outside Korea. That team was Sentinels.

Ok, if you don't want to see the reality before your eyes you will have to wait to see your favorite teams and players being slaughtered in Iceland, it is really difficult to remove certain people from the Matrix, you just have to watch some games from other great regions that the difference between the teams is obvious, but it seems that the American has no interest in learning what happens outside his region and will pay dearly for it.

This once again is not true. I am not a Sentinels fan. I watch NA, EU, and Korean Valorant. I do not make controversial initial posts with bold and unbackable statements. You seem like you simply dislike NA.

We are going to watch the EMEA Playoffs and you will understand how Turkish players are differentiated, as well as Brazilians. Have you ever watched games from Brazil?

No, I haven't as this potent skill you describe was not something I was aware of before. However, I will make an effort to watch some of the games today. Are there any players you specifically recommend me to look out for? (Referring to the dominant duelists)

You should watch the two series from last week, Vikings vs Gamelanders and Sharks vs Furia, the 20 players are hitting very hard, the problem is that the VOD has a little lag, but the game level is high!

VKS GtnJESUS played incredibly Yoru vs Gamelanders on the first map (Ascent), I think it is interesting to watch if you want to understand how this agent is used.

All VKS, GL, Furia, and Sharks duelists are very strong, but you should look at VKS Sacy and VKS Saadhak too, FURIA Khalil is very good at controlling and is only 16 years old.

i have watched both NA and EU games and EU just looks more spicy and innovative imo,na games are kinda boring if the star player doesnt just pop off

#22

Frags

Even when the star player is standing out it is difficult to argue because it seems that they are playing against people who do not know what they are doing on the map or with the agent, who are the majority of the scenario. Mark my words, the reality shock in Iceland for the TenZ and Sentinels fans is going to be huge.
