If there is a God who is omnipotent, omniscient, etc. Then he would 100% have the capability within himself to humble himself down to the form of the human. The almighty is 100% within his own control of limiting himself. It’s not a contradiction, two things can be true at the same time.
I am not versed in the trinity as much as I want to be (from a deep theological or atheistic sense), as this has not been a struggle point for me in my faith. There are other things that tend to shake me more so sometimes.
I understand, but why would the Almighty put himself in human form, sacrifice himself, and thus provide salvation, when he could've done that by just sending Prophets like Moses and Abraham like before, to form a new religion to compel people to repent and return to God? Why would God humiliate himself by being crucified, to show love and forgiveness to his creation? Just because God can humble himself, it doesn't mean he should. There are many other more logical ways that God can show forgiveness and love to humans.
This is not to mention the question of the Bible and whether it is even preserved from the times of Jesus, in addition to the inconsistencies/contradictions inside it.
Thank you though for taking me seriously, too many conversations on the internet devolve into slandering and arguing.
The reason Jesus came down as a man is because sin had separated us from him. He died as a perfect man who never sinned, he took all the sins of the world when he died making whoever believes and follows him as Lord and savior forgiven and clean from sin
The prophets were used to tell people to repent and form a new “religion” but in those times they had to sacrifice animals to cover their sins. But after Jesus we can be cleansed of our sins through him
