TenZ was a talent magnet you can win when you get zekken, tenz, and sacy on the same team. in 2027 sentinels are not the team to go to if you want to win honestly had they not been a prominent org early on they would not be getting renewed for partnerships with how horrible the management is.

Sacy and TenZ both RETIRED nothing the org did there that caused that it was a personal decision on both of their parts, Zekken eventually left SEN because he wanted to play with aspas (stated somewhere he turned down a massive salary just to play with him) again another personal choice, and Zellsis left because he wanted to be an IGL ANOTHER PERSONAL CHOICE.

I think people really overreact a bit when it comes to that episode. Sure things could’ve been handled better but eternally praying on the downfall of the team just because they dropped someone (thinking it was the best route to take) is kinda insane. Decisions were made, shit happens, you can argue forever if they were deserved or not
its not about whether they deserved it or not as a org owner it is your responsibility to not crash out on twitter and act extremely unprofessional. what they did to n4rrate baiting his passion for clicks without his approval throwing kaplan under the bus etc. this is not professional you do not see any other org doing this. that sentinels roster was a long term project but lacked chemistry changes needed to be made that happens all the time but at the first sign of adversity your team is 1-2 and your crashing out on twitter that is detrimental to your players i cant stress that enough. could you imagine if rob moore was the ceo of envy LMFAO.
Yeah I get all of that and like I said, things could’ve (and should’ve) been handled better, but people need to let it go. Everyone found their path and is (arguably) having some sort of success. Back when C9 dropped Yay for “role issues” and left him stranded for the whole season I didn’t see this overreaction, and lying to the whole world surely isn’t the best thing a CEO can do. I’m not using it as an excuse for SEN nor for Rob, just think it’s time to move on

Jerrwin’s problem is jitters/lack of confidence (imo). The mechanics are clearly there, he just needs to work his mental and his composure. I don’t think dropping him (specially for Oxy, who I think is kinda overrated) is the right call. It’s getting harder to stand by JonahP, the experience might be valuable but it means nothing if you can’t frag even the slightest, so I can get on board with the eeiu idea.
