Every interview I see from Frost lately is just him taking shots at GE. We get it, things didn't work out. But at what point does it stop being "transparency" and start being unprofessional?
If I'm a prospective org, I’m looking at this behavior and staying far away. You don’t blast your former team’s internal conflicts publicly, it’s just a bad look for the scene. Agree or disagree?

Well I mean I would take shots too if the org I got from being one of the worst vct teams in tier 1 to top 3 regionally and then end up getting fired because two players couldn't handle getting their feelings hurt.

Frost is a good coach, and we are well aware that coaches can hurt their player's feelings. Just look at alecks. But Frost is a good coach, and if an org cares about winning, they know he's one of the best at the moment for it
If GE players are butthurt from criticism then its really not his problem

bro barely managed to make champs 1 time, and struggled to make events with a full sense roster that qualified the moment he left
I think it's okay to be transparent but FrosT has a habit of taking things way farther than they need to be. This is coming from someone who has been flaming Patmen from the moment the news came out.

at this point i dont even know if everyone should blame patmen i mean look at this guy's unprofessionalism, he just stirs up drama and keeps adding fuel to the fire like let it go bruh. Removing frost from the team is questionable but from the attitude that frost is showing hes making himself look like the actual problem. He could have just stayed silent. I agree he has done a lot as a coach but he is one of the most unprofessional coaches out there.

I've watched almost all of the podcast frost has been in and all of them have asked questions about the global situation in some sort of way. He's talking about them, because he's asked about it.
My personal guess is that the interviews happened right after the sack and they are coming one after another now, making it seem like he is still on about it.
Well not really, the podcast with willcobra said it was filmed 3 days before their match with nonshim i believe and was talking about their match up. And in the beginning in the video he said that he has more podcast he has to film later with other people.
Why even give them attention, focus on your team and let your results do the thing, they'll get clowned themselves

Frost getting a job again does kind of give him more of a reason to not be as pissed about it and I’m sure he really isn’t, just disappointed and expressing it by venting
yes? what does this have to do with that. the guy is on a podcast being asked about it and he speaks his mind. ur prob a GE fan and are annoyed about it. the team was not professional in the way they dismissed him, which is made obvious by the situation that he WAS ASKED about clarifying on these podcasts, and he aired it out. not sure what comparison you were trying to make but esports isn't a "normal" job in the standard sense of things.
frost still has so many shooters when bro basically did a full 180 from saying that he knows the second voice will get more hate so he won't name him to basically outing him, who ended up to be xavi, during the next podcasts he yaps on (which was tbh unsurprising since he was already kind of talking about how they're having conflicts with the way frost is communicating with the team during spiketalk before this issue blew over).
the more frost yaps, the more evident it is that it's an all sides kinda suck situation. frost really need to stop running his mouth and just let the results talk for him atp
