I would have to agree despite the downvotes. NA T2 players are getting heavily bought up by other regions (in particular EMEA). I have not seen many promotions from VCL Korea comparatively to NA. The names that come to mind are chloric, net (possibly), Crashies (was rosterless in T1), and also N4rrate (same as crashies).
Don't use our dogshit scouts as a reason to glaze na t2 that just makes them look worse 💔

It has nothing to do with poor scouting, everything to do with how poor the T2 EMEA scene is compared to NA.
EMEA teams have shit scouting if you disagree you don't know shit about EMEA T2
flyuh was disastrous on KOI and lucas has done nothing on TEC (not his fault)
half of the players you named don’t directly come from tier 2 tho. it’s also much easier to call up players from NA because they can all communicate in english, which in regions such as EMEA that are so diverse that the only common language may be english among international teams, it’s better to just import from there
KR has called up 5 players from tier 2 this year alone, excluding the five brought in by VL (also notable to point out only KR teams have ascended to APAC 1 of their own merit). they’re just all in korea because they can, well, only speak korean
thats why we see players like winter move around to other systems cuz he can speak english therefore doesnt have to rely on korean tier 1 teams to sign him
i think the better example is not them but is NRG, mada skuba brawk were in T2 and they DOMINATE champs. sato was also in T2 NA

there is literally no NA prospect better than DH or Xiesta, NGen will be on that level very soon as well

you could argue he was for stage 3 but for most of the year he wasnt even top 2 players on his own team; BENECIA was literally top rated player in split 2 and he's teamless rn, its hard to go off of just stats in KR

exa is the ultimate counter point like many others have mentioned, but tbf he swapped from smokes to senti
NA is better in overall game quality, KR is better in emerging new talents
i don’t think Korea is better in emerging talent. except NS squad and yumyum this season korean rookie haven’t been impressive (yong/hermes/varel squad except some of them)
