flyuh was disastrous on KOI and lucas has done nothing on TEC (not his fault)
i promise you cane is nowhere close to Xiesta lmfao, DH was T1 main roster's second best player last year during split 2 + champs on a new role
there is literally no NA prospect better than DH or Xiesta, NGen will be on that level very soon as well
you could argue he was for stage 3 but for most of the year he wasnt even top 2 players on his own team; BENECIA was literally top rated player in split 2 and he's teamless rn, its hard to go off of just stats in KR
qu1ckz is insane but idk why ppl are saying drop ninja, he has potential
even if this were true, you can't say wolves "fumbled" these players when neither of them have even come close to sniffing tier 1 again and its been almost 2 years since; wolves were abysmal all 2024 and Spring has been the only player that has never wavered pretty much
pl1xx and 8lua pretty much never looked good in tier 1, Satoshi got cucked pretty early but he also performed pretty poorly

NGen and flora dropped from FearX in Korea after a couple offseason games, strange imo cuz NGen looks promising and the replacements are somewhat unknown
any KR ppl know why he was dropped from BFX? he has always been a top performer on mid teams (DK 2024 and BFX this past offseason) and looks absolutely insane but now he is just dropped before split 1? would love to see him in pacific league tbh, i think he is a real talent
idk her flash was already broken by giving info, even tho it makes her much weaker i feel like the thorns are such strong delay that shes meant to be played on specific maps and in specific comps
why would you ever want a vyse buff, she was hard meta all of last year and is generally a very boring agent to watch
as much as i personally love stax, this is just the correct take imo; MaKo is already a better IGL than him i feel like, stax is more suited to flash initiator second IGL, if he and Lakia or munchkin played together i think that would work realy well... not really a top tier second caller-type on T1 currently and can't expect DH or even iZu to quickly develop into that role
this change makes absolutely no sense, his play style is not suited for fade/sova whatsoever. if this is, in any way, an accommodation for stax to be more comfortable playing smokes, it is a big mistake in my opinion
this guy has been in his prime exactly one time and it was to eliminate JDG from making champs 2024, he has never been a good international performer or even a top 4 sentinel in CN thats the truth

im not really sure what way you can even argue this, Flashback has had very stringy consistency in tier 1 and was never even really a tier 2 prospect cuz he was playing before the academy challengers rule; SID is arguably the most in-form tier 2 player in the world, and all of the other players have showed more consistent performances on a greater variety of agents; CabezA, SID, oonzmlp, and ZynX are about as tier 1-ready as players come in the entire game right now, but especially the first two. i also would not be surprised if ZynX gets a shot on the main team when he is of age (which i believe is next year)
ramgi has potential for sure, but i dont even think he would be in my top 5 as of right now; probably looks more something like SID, ZynX, exa, CabezA, and Klaus/oonzmlp/froz (this is also just from VCL KR)

are only China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau considered for non-import slots in CN? if nephh doesnt count as an import theyre one move away from being unreal imo
in what way can you call this the worst year of KR tier 2 when they arguably the greatest benefactors of the academy rule implementation; T1A, DRXA, BFX, GGA, Dplus are all really strong teams and i think the narrative that SPG has lead to KR tier 2 being overrated is simply untrue. that NS team last season very easily could have run the gauntlet in APAC ascension last year had they not narrowly lost to SPG in the grand finals. ZynX is at the very least in discussion for top 5 and im not really sure you could argue five players are substantially better than him. imo top 5 based just on split 2 form is probably XuNa, oonzmlp, SID, Iimpact, and Ramgi/exa/ZynX/Pkm are in contention for last spot imo; based on pure overall ability and future potential in tier 1, id say the top five is probably CabezA, Klaus, SID, ZynX, and maybe froz/Zexy
Flicker most definitely can move up to tier 1, i think of all VCK players he shows the highest confidence and intuition in pressure moments; all of his decisions are very quick and even tho hes not the most standout mechanical player in terms of winning 1v1s like Klaus, Impact, exa, but for multikill potential Flicker has so many rounds of great positioning, spray transfer, target switching very consistently; he also arguably plays the hardest role in the team besides Athan, and he has been really quick to adapt to Yoru at a high level
completely agree, although i would probably say Zexy has regressed a bit in split 2 compared to the rest of SLT, but huge cuz XuNa has stepped up a ton and really shown his potential, another strong initiator to rival Kally, Athan
ZynX pretty much doesn't lose a duel and plays the senti role a lot better than Flashback does; maybe not as good as Flashback at big clutches and opening round 1v1s, but ZynX is a much stronger anchor and has a higher floor than Flashback and i dont think it is all that close; DRX members have also said Flashback has a lot of confidence issues on stage and his play can be really really inconsistent at times, especially against important opponents
BFX look insanely strong, Banger - SID - Cloy is such a consistent core and Hermes + kally fill the gaps realy well
SLT feel like SPG 2.0 where every role they have a raid boss (for tier 2); can they stop throwing advantages to beat BFX?
DRX acad are unfortunate to lose to SLT considering how close they played, Flicker and ZynX will be great in tier 1 very soon, ZynX>Flashback
Sherpa have some players with great potential - Impact and froz should be prime candidates for one of the better academies for Split 3
T1 academy has a rough situation having to replace their best two players, but not really sure why they have gone for Moothie + Efina for an academy team
he was playing like only Tejo in split 1 but now BFX are running almost exclusively double duelist so hes been perma jett/raze, he was also duelist before they added Hermes and previously on NS
best duelist in tier 2, unreal movement and sick multifragging get this guy in tier 1 right now; also Banger deserves tier 1
