yeah im new to league and hle players dont look THAT happy. so i guess its equivalent to ewc?
masters is more important than MSI to pro players. to viewers it's debatable, but every pro has said they would rather win worlds 10 times out of 10. people don't really praise MSI winners compared to Worlds winners, it's why Gen.G aren't considered the same level as like T1 even though they dominated every tournament except Worlds in 2024
masters > msi easily. but worlds >>>> any tournament vct has, its not even comparable

Unfortunately people have somehow managed to diminish the impact of msi even though it should honestly be not that far off from worlds
Riot did it themselves tbh. They introduced it so late into the scene and it had pretty ass format until 2023.
True it was essentially first stand for like 5 years and then they began fucking around with it in a bad way in 2021 so that definitely doesn't help
Masters are treated better than MSI due to CS culture, since pros view them in the same light as CS Major equivalents (both Masters and Champs).
