i just argued with him and for fucks sake hes actually unfixable

-abuses me by repeatedly verbally and physically attacking my mother because of ptsd in front of me for 19 yrs

-he went to doctor once in early 2000s and never went back cuz "me and you mother moved to canada in 2003 and i couldnt go to doctor cuz i have never been able to understand english" (tf is your computer for??)

-when i called that out he kept repeating "all of my actions were inadvertent please forgive me"

-i replied that i cant forgive all the action just because you apologized to me once he started to guilt trip me by asking me would it be better for me to kill himself

-when i told him to go to doctor since we in japan now and language barrier dropped he just said "i hate other human" "gemini said my ptsd cant be cured" "but what if the random doctor whom i seek help is shit and my ptsd exacerbates because of that" "my ptsd got better once i started talking to gemini, no one would go to doctor when their cold is getting better"

-he only started to apologize after his ptsd symtoms just because AI told him to do so, he rarely apologized after all the verbal and physical abuse before the advent of chatbot

edit: he also compared his ptsd to my nut allergy, when i told him i cant forgive all of his action just because you apologized he said what im doing is substantially the same as being mad at person that is allergic to nuts for not eating the meal i just made because it contains nuts

she broke my 165hz monitor over me not doing the dishes and cracked my lizards cage, in a rage because i left the house before doing the dishes

Sorry to hear that bg, sucks but that's just how life is sometimes. Nobody is perfect, as you have experienced firsthand through your dad, and some people are fundamentally broken. It sucks when its someone close to you, but sometimes you have to move on and accept that your dad is just what he is, and that there's nothing you can do, nor anything that you could've done differently that would change the situation.

Thankfully my parents are completely normal, but from my experience I have spoken to a lot of second-generation immigrants from China whose parents are abusive and have crooked view of family and expectations of their children. Once they grow up and separate from their parents, they often heal from less frequent contact due to the distance from their parents, and sometimes their relationship improves over time because of the distance. I know divorce isn't common among Asians in general, so I would definitely talk to your mom and help her if she needs anything, since there are often sides to her that she might not show you.

Good luck with your family situation, and I promise things will get better!
