That is fair, but in games like Minecraft, the grinding is the fun part. Getting wood, armor, etc. is like a grind and that is the fun part itself. But in Valorant, you could throw games and enjoy with friends. You aren't grinding the game yet having fun.

Well said, I think we also need an incentive to grind the game too. Unless you aspire to be a professional or a content creator, there is no point for you to grind the game. The competitive scene creates good hype, but it kind of leaves out the casual playerbase, who form the backbone of the game itself.
