safety and legacy are the two most important songs for the albums overarching metaphors, while both being absolute bangers lol
as a shoegaze/dream pop enjoyer, my suggestions would be the more well known groups: My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Beach House, and Cocteau Twins
Whirr underrated lowk. Feels Like You is one of my favorite Shoegaze albums
nah, Whirr are pretty well rated nowadays. imo they're even a bit overrated, but that's just my opinion
in any case, my favorite of the newgen shoegaze bands is actually Knifeplay, highly recommend them
secret admirer - Drug Bug not really rap or pop but noise-pop is my favorite genre
Listen to daft punk. Some songs to start with- Get lucky, Instant crush, Digital Love and if you like really funky tunes then Da funk and Human after all
trust me, listen to some slayr songs or his most recent deluxe album, absolutely best ive heard in a long time and hes only 18 and co-producing the whole thing and each song transitions cleanly btw
