Also, I don't get why we decide to move Karon to senti and Ash to smokes when smokes is the most notoriously difficult role for players to pick up? And if you're getting foxy9 back in, why do we have him on smokes when you have one of the best controllers in the world in Karon? If you wanted to fix role issues or whatever by bringing foxy in, have foxy playing anchor. Your double ini point is also very valid. I do not know why they brought foxy back
I mean if foxy comes back and geng plays double Duelist with zynx/texture and Karon back on smokes they could cook
Agreed, it would very well fit the team and everyone is on their comfort roles now, Karon seemed a little uncomfortable in kickoff but I heard that the coaches wanted to experiment with Karon on senti for a long time, so I’m not sure if he’ll change roles or anything
Do you thinking gen.g need to fix there macro? They are a bit our of sync during the fight and feel not connecting to each other, if u are the coach, what'd u do?
I think GenG will probably look a lot better than kickoff as long as the coaches simplify things for Lakia. Expecting him to orchestrate like Munchkin won't work. Lots of set plays, lean on Textures OP a lot

Do you think we will see any non-meta agents shine? Stuff like Veto, Harbor, maybe Gekko.
Gekko, no, harbor is definitely possible. Would be surprised not to see any Veto since frost spent the entire offseason saying it's the best agent ever released. If GE is running some basic Barry meta shit I will be disappointed in them.
Who are some players to watch for? I'm not too familiar with 2026 GE or GENG.
Is papi good? Can you explain what happen i thought he’s gonna be the top controller back then.
Papi has some of the best aim I've ever seen, period. But he relies on it too much and tends to lose confidence if he loses fights. He's a great guy and a good teammate though. He would probably be a successful tier 1 player in a more stable team or one where everyone speaks tagalog.
Also another question, do you predict we’ll see any yoru in this game? So far he’s been replaced by phoenix on maps like haven and pearl and has not been picked in any region yet
Probably not. I dont think GenG liked the agent and Frost seems pretty waylay/neon pilled.

Yes I do, but I have yet to see any teams play it well other than Trace Esports.

The craziest would be some double or triple senti stuff to stop neon. But more likely is triple duelist. (Neither is likely)

I expect lots of texture neon, probably zynx on waylay. For GE, not sure to be honest, they certainly can go double Duelist but I hope they try to anti the meta again
Was a fan after the Nuturn run. Feels a bit inconsistent and overhyped lately. As an IGL too early to tell
If you had full freedom to rebuild 2024 GE instead of juvenile, what roster you would've built?
For 2025? We got a bit screwed by external circumstances. The ideal team out of tryouts for me would have been pyroll (import) on smokes, xavi IGL on recon, kellys flex, grumble senti, patrickwho or udotan on Duelist. I knew pyroll from acend and knew he was a fantastic player with insane work ethic and smokes role was super thin in tryouts.
@Elevated canyou tell me whats with picking KellyS in flex? is he good outside the game too?

For GENG simple, munchkin left.
For GE, I think the team energy got very good with Patmen joining. Also autumn kr1stal and Xavi seem to match each other personality wise

No idea since im not there. But it seems pretty good from the content they have put out. Seems better at least for now

i dont think yoru nerf would affect them that much, francis/xross can always play waylay/pheonix
Also i am very excited about how NS wants to use Xross, coz he was a cracked duelist before he was on a break and since yoru got nerfed, it only makes sense if they would put him on waylay/pheonix.
Always hard to stay on top and their form was so crazy high. However, Francis is a beast on flash/flex so I hope they dont just stick him in double Duelist jail to try and force this new meta.
I think they will retain top 4 form but maybe not #1

Thanks! Honestly, it's as simple as Munchkin leaving. It's pretty obvious he was driving a lot of the good stuff in the previous rosters. I would love to work in VCT again. idk if I will get a chance too or not but it was a really cool experience even with all the stress and chaos.
That's true, Munchkin was a great player and a great IGL and Lakia is not filling is shoes.

Their coach is a troll thats why no reason karon shouldnt be on smokes. That being said Autumn played really well on Bind and Patmen aswell ofc
