sure we cant know for sure but every team onur has coached has had this playstyle and kings teams have not had this issue historically, so the fact this specific issue is happening paints a pretty clear arrow to onur
did u watch lev in 2024? it was this + aspas, also yes onur sucks too, but kingg is a net negative on igl
ok but that was an aspas issue not a king issue, thats literally where the baiting narratives started for aspas because on abyss specifically he would fucking sit in mid for 1 minute every round with an op and then tex would have to entry sites on cypher, king has IGL'd teams where this hasnt been an issue so its pretty clearly not a king issue (even on that lev team it was something that happened on abyss mostly)

So if ANYTHING, onur did his job as a HC providing set strats that won lev early games, kingg couldnt do shit in later matches where calling/intelligence matters more, u can blame onur too for that ig, bonkar won champs with a mid igl, but even then ethan has discipline, iq and experience that kingg lacks so yeah

it's not like the Lev players are missing their shots, doing the wrong calls or having bad teamwork. It's a problem with Onur's shitty system that gets read so easily by any coach that has seen even a single Lev vod.

No they aren't perfect, but player by player they are better than C9 and I don't think that's a crazy hot take.

yes, coaches do a lot of the prep with the igl and the coach builds the system. the IGL calls rounds based on the system that is primarily built by coaching staff
the best IGLs became the best because of the system that they were brought into (ex. how Ethan could not IGL in Chet’s system but is much better in bonkar’s)
The system is built by the entire team, its 5 working brains on the server that are trying to adapt every round, they are not just stupid puppets

it’s no secret that Onur has had multiple unsuccessful runs as a coach in VCT, and while he’s not entirely to blame (players can have bad games) by watching you can see how c9 read lev on their attack

The worst shooter on lev is probably spike and he would be the best shooter on some other teams
lev is a young team, any other coach that is less disciplined you would get much more variable results
look at sato shitting the bed on his birthday, if he played like 25% better this is a different story, onur is not the problem and is probably the only one who can discipline a bunch of teens into playing well on the vct stage
