Not gonna lie, I think you are right. I think Valorant is also more reliant on midrounding and the overall system rather than CS, which is more based around prep and where antistratting is more effective. The game is a lot faster, and having an IGL / multiple voices who are leading the team each round from start to finish is much more important.
