Rosterbuilding time, reply with suggestions, you guys know the drill.

A concept I thought of for a potential Post-Boaster Fnatic rebuild.
Kajaak/ExiT: Duelist
Crashies: Scan/IGL
Zeek: Flex/Midround
Alfa/Kiles: Sentinel/Midround if ALFAJER>Kiles
Starki/AvovA: Smokes
Milan: HC
Boaster/Desmo: AC

I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work. Crashies is a player that I personally think should enter the IGL position in the coming years, he's a very experienced player who's played alongside some of Valorant's best minds like Boaster and FNS. He already plays scans and thanks to boaster, knows roughly how to call so that this team can shine. His current role on the roster honestly feels like Ethan on FNS's NRG, with how vocal he is he's essentially IGLing already. The only thing that would change for him is that he'd be talking more before the barriers drop.

Do I really need to explain Kajaak here? one of the best EMEA duelists of all time who has no reason to leave unless he gets better money from another og. I think VIT is the only team that can do that anyways, but they already have Derke so I think he can most likely stay, But I digress.

If he were to leave or if you want to go a different route, then ExiT is a pretty promising replacement! He is (or was, idk where he's at right now.) the duelist for Twisted Minds and has a very deep pool of agents being able to play both Neon and Yoru with an ok Waylay. which lets be honest is pretty much the only duelists that the main entry needs until the inevitable Yoru nerf.

Alfa would be great here, but have a hunch that he won't be sticking around if boaster leaves. I think Kiles will serve as a nice replacement if Alfa leaves though. He's a solid senti player who showed real promise on enterprise, making a pretty good run in ascension alongside Zeek and Starki who I'll talk about shortly. He played mostly cypher this year, but has shown to be very skilled with Viper and KJ as well and with the direction I'm trying to take this roster I think he'll be great.

Zeek is a great player who has been playing with kiles on Both Acend on the first ever champs winning roster and recently enterprise esports. His roles Slot nicely into this team with him being able to play both types of initiators as well as secondary duelist. He's IGLed for Kiles/Starki already and that will help his job as midrounder go smoothly. He already knows how to make strats around the two and can help Crashies make plays that set everyone up for success. You could have Zeek igl here as well. But I personally have more faith in crashies thanks to his longer amount of tier 1 experience. If you would rather Zeek lead then fair enough.

I'd lean more towards Starki to allow for the enterprise core but you could also slot avova in here to and find similar success. Starki is a promising tier 2 smokes player who played on enterprise this year. He's a solid player who I think has what it takes to make it into tier 1. His numbers were pretty lackluster this year but I don't think that will be a big issue for long. AvovA is also a great pick, has a large tier 1 resume and already has experience playing with Zeek on Heretics! He also didn't have good numbers this year, but on a team like Apeks I don't really blame him. Both of these guys' playstyles suit this team really well and I think the roster I made will let them both shine.

Nothing's changing with the current coaching staff, just adding boaster because I have a feeling he's pulling an ANGE1 when he "retires".

This roster won't play the same as Fnatic does today, I think that this team will lean away from the typical slow and methodic playstyle that this team shows most of the time. I think that they're going to play a lot faster. That's why I wanted Zeek, he's a great flex who plays secondary duelist AND has experience with most of the roster. He's the midrounder, yes. But he can also leave most calling to Crashies and play around Kiles and Starki to be able to find massive value. This roster can play slow, but they'll most likely run much faster rounds.

(EDIT: this is my 200th post :D)

If alfa stays, then he midrounds. If you pick Kiles, then he'll Just play senti and will not midround.
If you pick Alfa OVER kiles not if Alfa is Better.

in what world, what universe would you pick kiles over alfa. Like yea if Alfa leaves we can talk about replacements (Doma)

You never pick kiles over alfa. But if alfa leaves, kiles works here.

literally what gives you the indication that Alfajer might leave if Boaster leaves because i think it’s the complete opposite

Idk, just a strange feeling I have. I don't WANT it to happen, I just wanted to account for the possibility.

i remember in 2023 (i think), alfa said that boaster was what made him feel comfortable playing with fnatic on stage and that if boaster left he probably would too

this was a few years back so i hope it isnt true now

This roster def wouldn't be super great. But looking at the type of valorant crashies plays, I think every player on this roster fits the playstyle even if the actual stats don't help their defense.

Kiles was actually one of the better senti players in tier 2 emea last year. He's not the BEST senti but I'd say he's Tier 1 material.

What is so bad about the enterprise core?
Not wanting AvovA is understandable but Kiles/Zeek/Starki is actually a pretty good core.

I see the vision with these 3 as well, I'm just curious.

I think starki has potential, but I don't think other two will be good as we have seen what's their max potential and it's not enough for tier 1

this roster is mid as fuck man.

Fnc will look at guys like GSR, Jamelinho or smth like that by then. Why would you sign subpar stuff like starki zeek...

Crashies IGL could work. Other like Nats and CLoud will also be on the market though.

Also huge shakeups will occur for 2027. Top talents will be FAs

This roster wouldn't be the absolute greatest, at least not instantly. I wasn't trying to build a superteam here, I was trying to make a team that I think would best help Crashies lead. at the time this is js what made sense to me.

I did forget about GSR tho I'll give you that, I forgot liquid Had that academy team in general so my bad. Had I remembered him, he'd def be here over Zeek.

I'd take ExiT over Jamelinho partially for MENA rep but mostly because he has a better Yoru in general. I don't care what riot does to him, there is never going to be a world where Yoru is not meta to some degree. Every team needs somebody that can play Yoru (unless you have aspas). Yoru is in a similar spot to omen, unless his kit is drastically reworked to nerf him, he's never going to be a bad choice. On top of yoru, exit can play other duelists as well, but if not you have Zeek (Or GSR now that I remember him lmao.)
Either way, the dream here would be Kajaak anyways. ExiT just made sense as a backup in the moment with his similar playstyle and agentpool.

Starki is an amazing player, he has a great Omen when he doesn't need to swap to IGL mid-season. He's got the highest potential out of any player on that EP roster.

Kiles seems like a weird choice, He's mostly there for his synergy with Zeek/Starki since keeping players that were good together playing together is something I try to think hard about with these hypothetical rosters. Looking back at this I think Doma would've made this look better though.

Crashies to IGL is going to be the best valorant role switch since TenZ got off duelist. He's played with valorant's greatest minds since the beginning and he has an extensive history of his own! He'd make a great leader if it's something he is willing to do.

Duelist: ExiT
Scan IGL: crashies
Controller: AvovA
Sentinel: Kiles
Flex: Zeek
HC: Milan
AC: Boaster

this roster peaks at 5th/6th only because of how stacked milan and boaster would be as a coaching staff
