The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
I have seen countless numbers of threads where people talk about age, say they are under 18, and admit to breaking this rule.
Please VLR admins and mods uphold your rules and ban these people!
