A-tier = probably can, except for the Chinese teams
B-tier = no meaningful results, maybe a regional trophy
C-tier = will play Valorant for fun
D-tier = either Ascension teams or just USELESS (except for poor Meiy)

them being "behind" Heretics means nothing here, there's no specific order in my tierlist

No PRX in S tier is wild considering they literally got invy which on paper is like Haaland signing with an already stacked PSG team
Personally I think vitality and PRX should be higher. Aside from that tho this list is perfect.
why I don't think VIT is S-tier:
1 - I still don't know how Sayonara will perform against the best EMEA teams; Profek is just mid. I was watching their match against Bratan Mix and he was always throwing terrible Omen blinds or tp'ing without info, most times that got him killed with absolutely no value OR his tp just didn't do much
2 - Derke and Chronicle's performance is getting "worse" (not as good as their prime), Derke not so much but Chronicle isn't the same anymore
"solid" is the right word. not "amazing", just "solid". and when you have a player breaking down in tears after he admitted he sold the match + was one of the worst players in his team in the Grand Final against NRG, when many people consider him the GOAT, I just can't say he's still the same anymore

Yeah no VIT def not S tier, I just mean higher in A for them (if your list is in order from best to worst, if not then they're fine.)
PRX tho, I do think should be in S tier, They didn't miss a regional last year with their core and they just got a player who IMO is leagues ahead of PatMen. If anything they should be #1
