even tho I live in the us I mostly eat indian food and uk our food has a lot of garlic , gingers, onions and other spices which makes us smell worse when we sweat compared to ppl who eat typically blander food .

ok baths means using body wash and shampoo along with soap and shit and it typically lasts for 15-20 mins
shower is like basically like just soap and done within 5 minutes

so like on days where I go to the gym which is every other day I have a bath for 3 times a day and shower one extra time
so basically morning - bath , afternoon - bath , evening post gym workout - bath , before sleeping - hot shower

and on days where I dont go to gym its
morning - bath , afternoon - bath and night - hot shower

Generally tho I shower once a day in the evening or night.

You are all aware that showering more often is not good for you right, especially if you’re using shampoo every time.

Also there is no way most of you are showering multiple times a day and on VLR, the math just doesn’t work
