In his postgame interview with FNS, he states that "this wasn't the move that was supposed to happen" when talking about JonahP for Babybay, this suggests that a buyout likely fell through for a better player, in another interview JoshRT is asked if Babybay is a permanent member of the starting 5 and tells the interviewer "you'll have to wait and see." Just thought I'd post this because it's interesting and leaves a door open that G2 maybe picking up someone else but hasn't secured it yet. I can provide clips from both interviews if needed.

getting dropped at a bad time is bad enough basically ending his year right there and then either gets on a mid team or no team entirely if teammates you have been with for YEARS knew your entire year as pro player was about to be ended maybe two years if ur unlucky you wouldn't go back to that team that trust is fully gone

didnt they know that cortezia wasnt going to join very early into negotiations? by the time g2 tried to go for him SEN had pretty much closed the deal so I doubt they were supposed to get him

babybay massive downgrade from jonahp, i'm not sorry to say it. I watched this team for a long time in cs and val and lol, this is almost worst than the time they forgot to defuse...
they better not have babybay permanently, i hope they have someone as a replacement, but it's hard to replace jonahp (VERY hard)

babybay said he was gonna join g2 perm when we saw scrims with no jonah. JoshRT must of realised late that it wasnt gonna work with jonahP and thats just esports he has no buyout and is still under contract and still getting paid obviously he is gonna find other team.
