leaks from nandoshow (a respected brazilian journalist) about the roster moves, it’s a reliable source, so you can trust what you’re about to read. (information confirmed and said on Nandoshow’s livestream tonight)

valyn & trent:

valyn and trent tried out for mibr and were open to joining, but only as a duo (both joining together)
mibr backed out since they didn’t want to lose verno, who plays the same role as trent
verno’s renewal is 90% likely, and the sentinels tryout he was doing was scheduled around the same time mibr was testing valyn and trent.
mibr is confident about renewing with fr0d and verno.

almost an nrg-leaf deal:

nrg was interested in leaf and planned to move skuba to controller after s0m’s retirement
g2 looked into signing cortezia to fill leaf’s spot but backed off when cortezia was nearly locked in with sentinels
there’s a 99% chance cortezia joins sentinels, he’s been trialing for weeks
after g2 realized they couldn’t get cortezia, they decided to keep leaf, and nrg ended up signing keiko instead

new sentinel for mibr:

tex is the top choice, but johnqt is also a strong possibility to join the team

John joining mibr doesn't really make sense if he's not igl'ing but tex wasn't that great last year either.

Honestly during his first year on Sen, he pulled extremely crazy clips once he starts playing for himself (as the last man standing) and didn't need to focus on igling since everyone else was dead. The one incident vs Lev on Lotus comes to mind (when he was trapped in a corner by KJ ult.

Skuba, Leaf, and Cortezia are easily the best sentinels in Americas. All three are also in the top 6 worldwide. Cortezia especially caught a lot of positive attention this year.

Just a quick update

1 - Never mentioned cortezia was "99%" on SEN, I said they really like him, but there is NOTHING confirmed/decided for SEN so far

2 - Verno is likely to stay, but not 90% as you said (also never mentioned numbers), there are still stuff to negociate

3 - About mibr's 5th player, I said those names were names I liked, not that were joining mibr. I did mention tex's name is really well seen, but nothing is confirmed so far.

The percentages I used were just estimates based on the words you used, they’re mostly figurative to some extent. Don’t take them too literally lol.

As for MIBR’s fifth player, I didn’t mean you said it directly, I just meant it’s likely to be tex or johnqt, but obviously nothing’s confirmed yet.
