+Zellsis would be a bigger upgrade, but veqaj is still a good upgrade
if they want someone to play secondary duelist there are multiple considerably better options, im fully convinced they didn't expect to lose chron and desperately wanted a full roster for their shitty event in london

went positive once in his whole T1 career on a really shit team. was an ex duelist turned into recon init, now has to turn into a senti/viper/support init? not exactly the most exciting player they couldve gotten.
I don't think it's bad but Congo1 literally never said an upgrade was possible all they said is that they could've had less of a downgrade
I mean realistically anyone you pick up would be a downgrade for chron
Checked his last 6-7 matches and he either played duelist or recon initiator. Doesn't make sense
I have come to realise people don't watch the game at all. Just see the stats tab on vlr and whine. Veqaj was a standout on m8 roster and before that was playing insane in tier2. They can for sure run double duelist now with alfa on senti. Opens up a lot of options for them

this is nowhere the same. kaajak was never tested before in T1 before he joined. kaajak was atleast considered good before he joined.
they are clearly behind VIT/TH now, not a bad pickup but a downgrade still

Having good mechanics is good but the problem is chronicle had extremely high game sense he knew exactly what to do in any scenario. Veqaj is a good pickup but how will he perform in his role is completely unknown.
