imagine s1mple, niko, device, sh1ro, b1t, electronic, yekindar, ropz, twistzz in valorant. They would destroy all those tier 3 washed up players 😭😭
Well the overall easier mechanics and shooting style already plays into how Niko, Twistzz, ropz, b1t, and yekindar. They are bound for success.
S1mple and device are still top tier players even if the op isn’t the same as the awp. However device awping style could work in Valorant.
can i ask why the higher tier cs players who moven ro val aren't at the top if it's as u said.
when are people gonna understand this isnt the same game it means nothing if u were the best of the best in cs a valorant newcomer will knock u the fuck out easily.
I can guarantee you if s1mple switched to valorant he would destroy everyone
Show me any top tier cs player who failed in valorant (by top tier I mean someone who played in a top 10 team a year or two before switching)
Ska was a steamer before val, auti didn't even play for like half a year before switching
Sorry for the late reply, never got the notification. You do realize that there has only been a few of the higher tier players from cs who switched to Valorant. They have all had success, maybe not all of them had team success but individually, everyone has performed.
Nitro, Autimatic, Ethan, Jamppi, and Nivera are truly the only t1 players who were still t1 when they switched to Valorant that are in the scene. All of them had success besides Autimatic who individually performed but no team results.
The term of players just being built different is a real thing. The players I listed in my original comment are prime examples. Players with pure mechanical skill and raw talent. Much like with athletes and their sports who are naturally gifted and talented at baseball, football/soccer, basketball, hockey, and so on. Put hard work on top of that and that’s why they are where they are today.
Sure the skill gap and mechanical skill is lowered in Valorant but I have no doubts those players can come into the scene and dominate.
delusional take. lots of tier 1 players tried to switch but getting destroyed. nt
Who are you comparing to s1mple? Players like him are above tier 1. And I'm not even kidding.
There are only 3 players comparable to him, device(but not this year tho), niko and zywoo, none of them switched to valorant so you can't even make any assumptions yet.
Only a handful of t1 cs players switched to Valorant and they all had success. Some of them never found team success but they as individuals performed lol.
If anyone here is delusional, it’s you.
Not many T1 players actually switched. Give me an example of a T1 player that switched and didn't perform well
We are not talking about NA trash, EU tier 1 is something else , they dominate since the start of cs!
Lol, you'd have to be dumb to think he's cheating in actual Tier-1 LAN games now, which are 85% of his career.
FYI - It was declared in multiple team vlogs that TO's format the SSD before every game and reinstall the game with a player's specific settings, such that nothing else runs. They take a player's mouse and keyboard for hardware checks against cheats. There is audio/voice/teamspeak recording, video recording of a player's face as well as recording of a player's screen from the back (recording of PoV), in addition to screen recording and server logs. In addition, admins are physically present behind all teams. Also, TO's have their own proprietary anti-cheat, they don't even use basic anti-cheats like VAC.
Idk what has gotten into you, but cheating in Tier-1 LANs in 2022, is literally impossible.
twice. Second time he said it was his friend. C'mon. The dude was always shady and toxic, I never trusted him.
In my opinion s1mple has beeen hacking for years in the CS scene, the dude has stats noone ever had in the game, not even close, he was already banned twice, from ESL and a VAC ban, his crosshair has a mechanical and suspicious shake when he shoots and he has always been a toxic person with a untrhustworthy personality and character. The thing is, people are just too scared to acuse "the best player of all time".
Today I read the news that he got banned in valorant, and again he states that he didn't cheat, even after getting banned:

His bans in CS:
https://win.gg/news/6699/s1mple-admits-to-sharing-a-vac-banned-account-with-friend (VAC BAN, "Friend's account" lol)
It's impossibile until it's discovered, it was impossibile then KQLY was banned, it was impossibile than Forsaken was banned, it's not impossibile, you just don't know how until you do.

Does that mean I can try to cheat on CS and become a known player and a millionaire?
Yeah. The worse that could happen would be you never be able to play competitvly again.
Yeah, you could make a lot of money till you get cought. After you get caught you won't be able to make money anymore, not in that game. That's what I'm trying to say. But hey, S1mple was never caught, you just have to be sneakier than other people.
I'm from the future. S1mple joins Valorant team with Stewie2k, Tarik, m0e, and Lakia. They win back to back majors, including Champions in 2025.
isnt it time for you to take your DRX VS flair off? lakias about to leave that team
I WILL TAKE THE FLAIR OFF WHEN HE JOINS A NEW TEAM, AS I STILL LIKE DRX VS AS A TEAM
He would probably dominate valorant, but not in the same fashion as CS since AWPing mechanics are far different. He would need to be the absolute king of character abilities or something to replicate what he does in CS.
You do realize without awp s1mple is still a top 5 riflers in CS.
The awp just sets him apart. He doesn’t need it though.
I think his point is that there's not as much potential to stand out as a rifler in val than there is in cs with the awp.
You're not wrong. That is one thing that I love about CS is the ability to create plays with the awp. Yes some may say the gun is overpowered but you can counter it with smokes, flashes, mollies, etc. I remember Tenz talking about how he loves to watch awp highlights and he makes a good point. The only way you can get highlights like that in Val is if the enemy team really throws and you're on Jett.
Learning the abilities is just one thing. There is a lot more things that can knly be learned by experience. Moving into a smoke and out for each sova reveal, smoking an alarm bot to move across it and lot more small stuffs like this that makes you a valorant player
Those are literally super easy to learn. S1mple has been perfecting the tiniest things in CS for ages. What you just mentioned is nothing compared to the detail he has in cs
im not saying s1mple wont dominate. im just saying it will take him some months to get there by grinding the game . people who say cs players could switch and just dominate the game from the get go are delusional
You make it seem a lot more complicated than it really is. Fortnite players learned the basic concepts of the game and all the tiny stuff within 100 hours of playing the game. It’s not that complicated. A lot of Valorant is just dumbed down to begin with for the casual base.
AWP was just one example. The mechanic skill ceiling is significantly reduced in valorant, so it's much harder to abuse something that wasn't meant to be abused (since skill ceiling is far lower than CS's).
I remember a long time ago when tenz was still on c9 he was also talking about zywoo and s1mple and said that if they switched to val they would easily be the best players so I don't think it's unreasonable to say that tier 1 cs players would on average be better than tier 1 val players.
Gambit Val bunch of guys that weren't on a csgo team in EU and they dominated T1 NA Val. What do you think T1 csgo Eu players are going to do?
If Cs tier 1 players switch what happens?
shit on everyone? definitely
widen the gap between tier 1 and tier 2 teams? definitely
Get scattered acorss multiple teams so no team like NaVi stays together ? definitely
Basically, nothing would be changed cuz all teams will be scattered
there wouldnt be any NaVi or any gambit
The skill ceiling for all teams will rise proportionally
meaning only change we would see is more insane plays in vct.
nothing else changes
fun fact s1mple played valorant back in 2020 and cNed was on the enemy team in one of his ranked games, i think the game is on youtube.

mfs go jerk off to cs in hltv this aint no cs forums this is vlrgg so fuck off
if he can't put up ungodly numbers on the showmatch I'll consider him washed
