The koi video was lowk structured in a way where they victimized themselves a shit ton, so I wanted to try to get away from the KOI pov of it and actually look at what's happened in the situation.

KOI broke their contract, first off. The content obligation is a part of their contract with Riot for the VCT, and there is no way that Riot would be even likely be legally allowed to remove them unless they broke that contract in some way. The moment that you break that contract, you give Riot ammunition to remove you from the league off of this alone. Especially as a team that you already know has been doing fucking garbage, and fan support is low, it is crazy to me that people look past the first part of KOI doing the same shit that Bleed did in just breaking the contract.

After that, all the stuff KOI does seems a bit after the fact, because Riot fucked up heavy in just dropping a bomb on them being removed. Of all the ways to handle one of the biggest changes in VCT, telling someone that you're just dropped is fucked up. After that idrc because it's clear that if Riot made their decision then no matter what ibai is going to try to do they're sticking to their guns.

I feel bad for ibai personally, and no one else because that org (not koi, the other half) is fucking horrible. Look up what the Movistar part has been doing, KOI's league chef had a bunch of drama and that was hired by the Movistar end, as well as the internal shit with the whole Tier 2 coach in VCT not being allowed to coach because the players were all revolting against them.

TLDR: if koi didn't want to leave VCT they shouldn't have given Riot a reason to kick them by breaking their contract.

Edit: it was specifically GLASS SHARDS BEING FOUND IN THEIR DRINKS for the league chef thing, as well as the org not paying players on time, and also nepo hiring for management.
