How many stars do I need to not have the slowmode/posting cooldowns?

Naa if you less stars your slowdown timer is longer like 4 stars it's like 20 seconds 1 star is like 100 second
yeah but I gained a star and my post cooldown went down plus some mod told me it goes down with stars
