I just think any GC team that manage to go in Tier 2 should be automatically qualified into champs (Or at least have the same number of point of a GC split winner), and not playing GC, and focus on T2

The level of competition in GC is so low right now that it’s not even worth spending all that much time prepping for. There are barely any teams and you can probably just anti stat a bit in advance and do fine simply off of having way better individuals.

its not about prep theres no reason for gc teams to even try to field a competitive roster and replace bad players if those bad players can win gc anyway. its the same in female cs where yuo will have a couple 3.5k elo players and literal 0.99 kd with 2k elo playing on the same team
