most utility in valorant is very easy to use. smokes are literally point and click. drones dont need lineups. a lot of postplant util is point and click. half the flashes don't need lineups either. ofc you need all of that but its just very easyy to learn and do.

even in cs rookie is tier 1 rookie, for example donk was considered a rookie in 2024 even though before he played on an academy team that was playing t2 or even t1.5 regularly. there are also just very few t1 players who have little to no competitive experience cos thats not how esports works.
