did u even see the grandfinale? its was one the greatest matches to watch..
i agree many participants lost form after that but still...the tournament itself was insane to watch.....vitality T1 G2 all looked insane

AGREED I do think T1 did actually.play good valorant there but 8 team tourneys are both not fun to watch and much easier to win

Tokyo had the most asterisks of all time because of VISA issues, something(pacific MVP) was not there, Demon1(future Champs MVP) didnt practice with the team and LOUD(americas champs) was dead with internal issues and bad infrastructure

I said that the pacific MVP and future Champions Grand Finalist, something, was NOT there and that Demon1 (future World Champion and Champions MVP) didnt practice with his team EG. LOUD (Americas Champs) had internal problems. All of these combined makes Masters Flukyo a Mickey Mouse because all the strongest competition at the tournament was heavily nerfed

The Lock-in event I didnt even mention the fact the both LOUD's star players (aspas and Less) were under serious health problems, Less had to take serums after every map to not pass out and had to go straight to the hospital after the games. Aspas was also sick and had physiotherapy sessions after every game for his arms and back. Tuyz and cauanzin were rookies shitting their pants and Fnatic still almost lost to them, so you could call Fluke-in a Mickey Mouse too

and btw after 2022 fnc also got 2 new players ( got rid of enzo and mistic, got leo and chron ) and won two trophies, back to back. So ur 'rookie' thing doesnt work here
new players in a team are not rookies, Chronicle and Leo were already experienced tier 1 players + Fnatic had the most preparation out of every team at Lockin
Fnatic still has 0 Champions trophies as they couldnt win the trophy without playing against nerfed teams

If LOUD’s players were that sick and still made it all the way to finals, that just proves how good they were — and it makes Fnatic’s win even more impressive, not less. Every team deals with issues, but only one team walked away with the trophy. Excuses don’t change the scoreboard.

why would I discredit mini for helping prx in Toronto? Im talking about Masters Tokyo and Lockin, and the conditions Fnatic's opponents were in, in comparison to the only time they didnt play against nerfed teams (Champions 2023)
and the only nerf here i see was something visa issue. AND if we're going down that path, if nats had been at toronto groups liquid wouldnt have lost to them and prx wouldnt have won toronto. So toronto is also a fluke?

The difference between acend and the others that could be considered (T1, SEN, EDG, etc.) is that due to a cypher cam that was barely impacting the rounds, acend was gifted a free win that they already lost
People gonna say t1 but it's not them, it was ascend in champs 2021, gambit was supposed to win this one but all of them fell sick just one day before grand finals , thus it fucked them up and they still took it to ej last map but couldn't win , imagine if they didn't get sick, all of them were sick

Because they broke up. They peaked at the right time, just cuz they didn't find the same success individually dont mean their win was flukey. Also they got 2nd at masters too so it wasn't a one-off. They were a great team.

2023 EG. garbage players won off a miracle run and went right back to being garbage as soon as the following year started
has to be ASCEND some players have fallen off after winning a trophy but these guys became the epitomy of trash after the trophy win except cNed and Starxo until last year + that ilegal cypher cam
most champs wins were flukes ngl I think LOUD is the only one that I wouldn't consider a fluke lol
