anyone putting him anywhere near the goat conversation has nostalgia glasses on, the guy hasn’t played for almost 2 years
not that many people put him as Goat he's just consistently put in top 10, what people do say is "If fnc had leo then..." and THAT IS ANNOYING
2 international trophies puts you in a top 15 guaranteed I dont think thats overrated by any means

peak leo is at least top 10 I would say, and considering there are only 8 players to actually win 2 trophies, by that standard he should be at least 8th all time, so 6 isnt too hard to understand
demon1 won the champs and reached masters final yet he is considered the most overrated player by many players
because he did so in 6 months and hasn't even made a regional playoffs since.
leo had a pro career where he was on the mark for many teams since 2021, he just happened to click in 2023 with FNC
And demon1 hasn't been nearly as good as Leo throughout his career. Peak Demon1 was barely better than prime leo, and he lasted a few months

depending on what you take into account(legacy, longevity, consistency, flexibility, multiple teams, etc.) TenZ could and realistically should be considered for top 10, but its all in opinion at the end of the day.

Wasn't he insane for 3 years tho? And all the players you listed are either players fallen off due to their playstyle in the changing meta or players in teams that no longer provide them the necessary support for them like they are used to. Leo on the other hand doesn't have that many problems

Leo was still the best player on Fnatic in 2024 stage 1, playing primarily Sova and Fade. We see duelists flash out, sure, but guys like riens and eeiu have been consistent in the role since 2024 started (ik they entered the league at that point, but I'm saying Initiatoris a fairly stable role. Look at Crashies up to now, and Sacy up to the end of 2024. They don'thave Leo's peak, but were constant on the role. It's not like Leo would gave to do anything differently, I doubt he would be in a "fall off" situation.

Leo has been insane since 2021 what are you talking about? Back when he was on Guild many in EMEA were considering him as one of the best. Fnatic was just first team that he managed to win with.
