I think boaster gets more credit than he should for his igling than he should
He has always been playing with aim demons which make his job so much easy
During their prime the other 4 players were Derke, Leo, Alfa, Chron
each of these players could 1v5 the opponent team with the skill level they had
even this year, most of the attack rounds fnatic lose are not on aim but on time/time pressure
i dont think he is a bad igl but just average with shit aim
boaster believers when you remind them he’s the sole reason why FNC despite Alfa Leo and Derke peaking only placed 4th last champs
People will point them out losing rounds to time but will never consider that they can also win rounds because of the lateness of a strat - there's a lot of confirmation bias there. There's a reason they leave their rounds late and they win more of them than they lose.

i simply think that when you have 4 insane aimers that will most probably win their aim duel you dont have the pressure of making some insane call
boaster is good at doing what needs to be done but beyond that i dont think we have ever seen his true igl prowess
Fnatic were almost never less than top 2 of their region before they hit their true peak when Chron and Leo came in, hell even before Alfa arrived they were still considered one of, if not the strongest of EU. They haven't come lower than top 6 in any VCT regional competition since challengers qualifiers in 2021. Do you want him to IGL a team of 5 bronzes to ascension or something?
