are they decided at random, like a draw out of a hat or some bullshit, or is it like a rotating schedule and you guys pick who goes first?

like is it a team decision and they nominate someone, or does the production just randomly pick that day whos going to do it?
oh, someone told me it was just that they get team A
why are teams trolling the skirmishes then?
cause its mostly irrelevant for map vetos, its about the same indifference as coin flips. Thats why you see more coaches tryin to push to do it (while i think coaches should do it regardless)
also takes players out of their time to prep which can be disruptive
