you can be a inconsistent team and still beat furia 10/10 times. both can be true.
Americas might not be the best region right now but saying every team is on the level of Furia is just weird
im just using it as an extreme to prove my point. obv not every team is furia but these teams are not very good in comparison to other regions counter parts. Sentinels right now is playing alright not their best day but not their worst regardless they are still stomping EG who placed 4th in region last split. (in no other region is some bs like this happening) and they will stomp most of these teams because the region just isnt competitive. but if you put sentinels in pacific they would uncomfortably be the 5th best team in the region. if you put them in emea theyd be 4th. only in china would they be top 2 but china as a region is more competitive than americas. im not hating results will prove this (already have tbh) and if you have eyes its very obvious.
even in your own example that wouldn't be inconsistent, unless they were beating PRX in Pacific and losing to GE, your point is just that they're not as good as teams in other regions, nothing to do with consistency

the level of aim in americas is so far below every other region it kind of hurts to watch
especially pacific bro its actually insane. even teams like secret and global which are kind of low firepower rosters for pacific would dominate aim wise in americas.

100% stronger. blg, trace, xlg, fpx, edg, drg and tyloo are all very competitive with each other and id say just straight up out aim top america teams. once they get their macro shit together americas stands absolutely no hope vs them
china has leveled up in split 2 and sentinels aura diffed wolves and blg if they played blg now they would lose imo. also xlg wasnt even able to communicate that was the most fraudulent top 6 run i think we have ever seen.

I’m not sure about that, but I do think people underestimate how good China as a region has become. Sometimes it feels like everyone forgets that a Chinese team has placed 1st-3rd-3rd at the least 3 international events
They win so many rounds by punishing bad mistakes and taking fights that would always get punished against more disciplined teams with good aim. How are they even supposed to improve before internationals if the competition is this bad
In kickoff id say that sen were quite average but for you to say that it is embarrassing that they are second is insane tbh, they were definitely the most consistent team after kickoff what are you on about?? They qualified for toronto lost to the finalist doesn't make them a bad team😑
sentinels have only beat chinese teams this year at internationals one of which couldnt communicate. and another outplaced them. my point is sentinels are the most "consistent" team in americas because americas is so shit. they just out aim most of these teams.
Sen beat Wolves, who beat GenG, and they got a map off of Fnatic. I don't know what you are on about
we give out pity points for taking maps now? fnatic notoriously has had a bad map pool this year. wolves was a experience diff if they played 10 times they would have lost 7/10
respect to PRX fan, SEN also played a close game vs FNC. Imo they lost because of map vetos, FNC got the better map advantage
agreed you can basically predict most of the match if not every, SEN & G2 basically has a free ticket for every international event.
agreed, it is really hard to predict GenG, who can either look like word champions or choke to wolves and lose to NS. Or PRX who somehow did charity to ZETA.
