whos the donk of val or what it takes to be the donk of val
idk maybe be the undisputed highest peak of any player to ever touch the game and win every trophy that means anything before turning 19 because thats what donk did and is still doing like yall are disrespecting the man to compare him to anyone in valorant this game hasnt existed long enough for someone to be like donk he is a once in a lifetime player
would be better if Tier 2 orgs played with Tier 1 orgs
I would be more invested in the scene. Riot should never have created a franchise it could have been leaning more of players choice to compete instead having Riot holding their hands
donk has top tier counter-strafing, raw aim, recoil control, movement and he has a really high HS percentage in cs where the movement speed is generally fast and harder to track heads than valorant. All of this can't be replicated in val like bruh counter-strafing in val isn't even necessary lmao
there has never been a player as good in valorant as donk is in cs, and theyd also have to be that good at 17
so if u think prime leo, aspas, yay or whoever is the greatest prime ever, the 'donk' of val would have to be better than them while being as young as 17
17 year olds arent even allowed to play vct so itll just never happen
woot shanghai performance after turning 18 sadly he couldnt play madrid as he was 17
maybe woot could do that but his performance in champs wasnt that level
woot is still miles below donk. trust me i saw his katowice and major finals. the guy was unstoppable literally. he could see three guys on the screen and kill 2 before they could even react. his 1v5 with 20 seconds left is literally the best 1v5 i've ever seen.
With vals low skill-ceiling? Nah there will never be a player like donk in val
To give an idea of what kind of firepower donk has in valorant stats, it'd be like a player that consistently gets around 320 acs every single map for around 1.5 years. No one is close to this guy at the moment
I am strictly talking about tier 1. Until he gets into tier 1, any stats canezerra made don't mean much. And even if I did extend it to tier 2, canezerra's acs doesn't even come close. Now, I only said ACS as an estimate to give people an idea of what kind of performance is needed, but there are so many other factors that other people mentioned in this comment section that cane definitely doesn't match up with.
This isn't to dig at cane or anything, the dude's cracked. It's just that CS is an esport that's much more mature, and has a very different skillset that makes it hard to compare the extent of dominance.
nobody is close and I doubt we will see anything like that for at least a decade.
valorant is js such a different game and being consistent is impossible. You are against different teams with different strats and different agent comps, its impossible to just shoot better and win.
Take in primmie for example, he is probably the best mechanical player of all time and its not even close, but he cant just hard diff everyone since he cant escape a omen blind or raze ult as an immobile sentinel.
Exactly. You can’t just run shit down like donk does in cs. It’s a very special case.
closest rn are either cane primmie or sayonara, but its not going to happen cuz this game has franchising, if this game didnt have franchisng maybe one of these couldve been insane on a champs at young age, sadly its not possible.
this shit was asked yesterday: https://www.vlr.gg/527483/will-there-ever-be-a-valorant-donk
and the closest we got was 21-22 yay
Sadly none and also I don’t think we should be comparing game donk is donk he is prodigy and will become a legend for years to come
you all are braindead
stop bringing cs in valorant
its a fucking diff game
donk would be ass at valorant
the only player imo who could've been close to donk would be like ion or someone from that team but because of age limits on vct teams no one will likely become a donk of valorant
Soon to be Kaajak or Alfajer. Or the return of prime 2023 Demon1 or Leo. Who knows. Maybe Zekken too or perhaps Lukxo/Sato in the future.
u cant mechanically diff someone as hard in val as donk does in cs. easier mechanics = lower mechanical skill celling. that dosen't mean that no one in this game can diff players as hard, its just that this game has so many variables and that would come in stuff like agent mastery and macro play. Also it took cs 23 years to get donk and val aint even 10 years old
no one can be the donk of val seeing age lmits, but closest would be chronicle (feat-wise, but not all the other criteria like age)
he will not be able to play kickoff but by Stage 1 we should be able to see him
The only way you get a donk in t1 is if he joins a team we all think is pretty average and wins all 3 events in his first year in VCT before he turns 19 while being by far their best player. It’d be like taking talon or FUT to every event the moment your eligible and beating everyone while essentially close to soloing a lot of teams
Wowwww nobody even mentions kaajak, the guy whose been to 2 international finals in his rookie year and literally diffs everyone mechanically, I am not saying he is donk level , but in future he might be
I feel like because the game is so dynamic it's just too difficult to have a player who is owning everyone continuously for so long
