He is a great IGL, but C9 choked in pressure situations. Despite having experienced players like leaf, Xeppaa and Zellsis they choked so clearly they need someone who can keep them calm and collected.

I feel like something similar to CSGO sticker thing. We can have player based buddy and a team based player card/spray. The content can be opened and you are rewarded with one card/buddy randomly out of all the possible rewards. Then the revenue can be split between the Orgs, players and Riot.
Also whoever wins Champs can get a special in game content that anyone can buy.
