I'd argue that s0m and Shao move up. s0m is a pretty safe top 10 pick, and Shao put up better numbers than F0rsaken while flexing 9 agents.
I'd love to see someone else get the 17th spot on this list, but I can't think of any particular standouts. Cloud maybe? kiNg or keznit? Suygetsu?

Also aspas can likely be dropped for 2025 consideration. Getting carried by Verno more often than not.
