Dont really watch Much Apac or China,(unless its a good team Edg, Geng, or Primmie) but the hype is making it seem like there elden ring bosses that are gonna immediately destroy every Group stage team
jemkin and kushy are genuinely unbelievably good. i was an RRQ hatewatcher and i had to admit that these two are very very close to unstoppable in their top form. idk much about xlg and rarga but they must be good if they were able to win china in stage 1. also i really don't think that xlg is a one man army with rarga; i think all 5 are pretty solid.
no no kushy is really amazing. jemkin is able to frag heavy because yoru is very self sufficient allowing jemkin to set himself up often. kushy frags heavy even while playing initiator. he is insane at fragging, clutching, and providing high impact. watch him closely when RRQ plays. he is a major reason for how RRQ even made it to masters toronto.
They can destroy a team yet their team can still lose, technically. Though both of them have successfully defeated the teams you mentioned in the brackets.
Rarga's KDA against EDG was 56/31/11 (in a Bo3). Jemkin went 89/64/14 against GenG (in a Bo5), the closest one to him in the server was Monyet with 68/59/31.
Though these are just stats. XLG played well to set up Rarga, RRQ did that too but Jemkin sets himself up for big plays a lot as well. I am really excited for their international games here, especially Jemkin's.
Jemkin is the only reason that rrq won against prx in lowers stage 1 PRX won like 12 rounds more in that series, they just lost bc jemkin raidboss clutches every overtime and the something dash. https://www.vlr.gg/473843/rex-regum-qeon-vs-paper-rex-champions-tour-2025-pacific-stage-1-lbf
