TH is the ONLY EMEA team that has even a good chance of making a deep run in toronto. maybe also FNC but much less likely. They aren’t and never were behind by 3 years. The meta changes so much which makes it easier for them to “catch up” and also they’ve had a privilege status with extra tournaments. And the region as a whole is rich. So no that was never the case.
Also the Chinese team that won champs. Was still playing Valorant and attending international events before it officially released in China.
