How do they change iso's shield without making it dogshit
Iso already fills the correct role for the right people. Any buffs you give to Iso you're giving to Alfajer/Fnc (Zeta also found some success with Iso so maybe he's in a good place, just undiscovered mostly)
Only thing I would change is that the shield doesn't break to things like fall damage, and I think some other damage types which I think it should
Also I don't think it should block 100% of headshot damage make it like 85-90% of damage
My suggestion was merely on a single personal expereince I had when I was lurking in an extremely ratty and uncommon spot on abyss and then an iso walked forward, and for some reason activated his shield even though he didn't know I was there and no one else was there, and then when he passed my I shot him in the head, just for it to just break his shield, and he reacted and killed me because I was in a corner and couldn't move or strafe.
I mean yes, but I still hate it. But, I will say I don't hate Iso nearly as much as I hate sage.
Bro what you do realize that if you nerf it to only block 85-90% of the damage you are only going to be doing like 16 damage with a vandal headshot. That's like the most pointless nerf ever it doesn't do anything to the character just a random change.
you're just admitting you cant shoot 2 bullets in the head to an enemy who doesn't even know you're there and you KNOW he has the shield on. idk if you should speak on this brotha. sit it out
Imo i want his shield to controlled like harbor's cascade. Also I want the shield to be broader.
larger barrier so easy to shoot at especially if hes in corners or sum shit
maybe shorter duration as well, and longer to pop the shield. those are my guesses, and are relatively fine
maybe they are also talking about changing his other abilities instead of his shield, maybe costing more? idk
I think he's going to completely fall out of the meta with tejo coming in why wouldn't you replace tejo in any of the iso yoru comps
shield should block a set amount of damage but always break after 1 bullet
for example, breaks to a classic shot and they take no damage but an op shot breaks the shield and does like leg damage or a vandal hs does 100 damage or smth like that
also in return buff the rest of his normal kit to actually be useful
I would assume they're changing the rest of his kit. The shield is fair enough as is.
make you be able stop the wall, make an imput to cancel the shield for you as a quality of life (idk how that helps but could help somewhere prob idk) maybe make the orb time a little longer just small things
bleedover damage after x amount i.e raze ult or nade/ tejo ult(possibly?) or was that in 3 pulses like his E?
so what im asking for is a cap on the shield maby? say if u tank a vandal headshot you take 60+ damage like a headshot trough a thicc corner?
would also make phantom decent in the 1v1 since it may aimpunch
and no i dont really like the whole idea of the agent from start so im biased
