no hate to flor but I feel bad for the emea t2 players who proved themselves in regional leagues and ascensions who are getting their t1 slot taken by an NA player who isn't proven past the t3 level.

Also she went through trials like everyone else, and APKS coach said she "destroyed everyone". She doesn't have to prove past T3 because she's a good player and the trial results showed this.

demon1 did well consistently in t3 (still a very big risk tho, i'll give you that)
karon is most similar to flor, but at least geng was taking a chance on the region and not importing. also karon had a little bit of t2 experience whereas flor has none

she was an imposition for a spot in trial not directly to the tier 1 team. Tier 2 talent sayonara was getting shit on at red bull. Why are we acting so doubtful that flor did the best in trials.

If you want to a have realistic GC take(s) without talking poorly about the players and the league:
- GC teams will eventually make it into tier 2, but not with their current form.
- Staying in GC is a lot more favorable than going for VCL and is why most GC players that could do well in it won't leave it to try their hand in mixed teams despite having potential.
- GC is and will always be the most volatile league in terms of skill because of the fact it's a small league.
His replies are just opposite of glazing but they do the same effect of polarizing people further because being moderate when talking about GC seems to be a struggle.

gentle m8s ascended last year, only kadavra and natank are in T1 for 2025 while many other T2 talents have been picked up directly by teams.

The gm of apeks did a great AMA this week. No spot was taken from anyone. They apparently trialed 30 people and ended up picking flor + the fifth. If it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out, but that narrative is false
