there was a "leak" a long while ago that there would be a valorant movie releasing in 2025, it seemed pretty credible at the time but I don't remember much

Raze hates Kingdom and likes to be a menace toward them with Breach where they break laws and stuff, she's always thought Kingdom were invaders in her hometown (Salvador, hence the voiceline) and as revealed in Fade's dossiers her joining the VALORANT Protocol is more or less betraying her people's goals, also there are theories that she was once kidnapped while drunk and replaced with her double and also sent to Breeze (which is in the Bermuda Triangle)
nah valorant lore is ass league shows are so much better, no reason for riot to waste their time on the shitty val lore
