women and marginalized genders, non-binary people often look like their birth gender due to societal/familial pressures, they also probably just want to present that way. its important to keep an open mind and be respectful to the fact that people who are non-binary can take any form, it takes barely effort on your part but it makes a huge difference to non-binary people in your life. there is no one way to be/look non-binary.

I believe so, it is important to recognise that these players may not face the same oppression as others due to their masculine presentation. it is equally important to address the intersectionality of cases like this. yes they look masculine and may not face the same oppression from others as someone who presents more feminine or androgynous, but its also a fact that they are claiming to be non-binary (but dont look feminine/androgynous) which is undoubtedly an intersection for oppression. This post by OP is a form of bigotry and ignorance, proving this point, and the fact they even though they are white, masculine presenting, they are still nonbinary and being discriminated against. I think in gaming communities your identity matters a lot, and your identity extends past physical appearance.

takes a lot of effort to pretend that amab non-binary people are somehow disadvantaged in terms of video games. They'd have to come out of the closet in like every lobby to even possibly be discriminated against. And they spent most of their life in the male spaces that tend to exclude the exact people that GC is designed to help
whatever though. Would be a PR nightmare to deal with, and would do nothing but stoke TERF flames
