It is what it is. Full national roster have a ceiling and limit you in your choices for no reason. I dont expect to see any of them anymore outside of turkey.

Yes but no. I think there will be 1/2 French speakers, but not because they're French speakers but because they're the best option available.
Goked had offers from the best teams in the world as AC, but he prioritized M8 although it's an ascension team to be HC. I imagine if that is the case it is because he was granted authority to build the roster. And if he has total authority to build the roster he is not gonna pick up players because they're French, he's gonna pick them up because they're the best there is.
