ZETA and DFM both have the capabilities of turning a mid player into a good player because of their abundance of resources. Rather than poaching players who have already proven themselves, they should take players who are mid and turn them into good players.

There is plenty of spots left in JP VCL for new talents to sprout in. Just because FL is there doesn't mean that new talents won't show up.

Also, taking players who perform well and slapping them together in a roster has never worked. You have to see if the team even gels first. They can't just take the good performing players from each team and then put them together and tell them to win.
