my guy, please be serious. Dont throw around that word for nothing. You're doing it a disservice by devaluing it.
I will start rating Mena when they start showing some success at ascension. They got boomed last year while even Portugal made top 4.
this argument is so stupid like for example just because apeks does so good in ascension that doesn't mean polaris a good region like saying because DA boomed out of the group stage that makes turkey a bad region and saw make it to top 4 does that mean Portugal is better than turkey ?
We havent seen any players make the jump from the Mena league to T1 at all really. Turkey has done so in huge amounts. Spain has. Eastern has. France has. Polaris has. Portugal has. Even Italy has at least one i know of.
Digital Athletics went on a miracle run and the top teams collapsed. Despite Turkey being at their weakest they won more games then Mena.
This year Pcific is legit strong and galacticos are fine (Likely beating mena).
Meanwhile Spanish league and german league have collected more and more good talent from outside countries and are increasing their level.
I can maybe see you beating France. Maybe they are slightly too high idk. I can see you beat Novo, SnS, PPP and Saw. But how can i rank you above Portugal after last year?
Does R8 beat CGN? I dont see it. KPI? no chance. Diamant and Galacticos? Again i dont see it.
Would Falcons beat Apeks, GoNext or Pcific? No chance. Mouz and Barca? Unlikely. Even Dsyre is probably favoured.
I dont know what to tell you man. Maybe i am wrong. Its T2 after all. We will see soon enough. I would be happy for you bro. I have nothing against Mena. Would be cool to add some new diverse talent into the league.

But the bottom 3 are in one tier for a reason. Its close margins
