why tf does CIS have so many good flex/sentinel/initiator/controller players but like no good duelist...

Purpo on a Russian superteam as duelist would be deffo 2.0. Good, but not on pair. He's a much better flex imo
CIS has insane amount of talent, probably the most or second most in EMEA but they overlap each other a lot. They currently don't have any proven world class IGL or duelist (not counting something cause he ain't coming any time soon)
and has no teams who signs CIS players for tests easily outside of KPI and R8
Well it's not really possible, you need a core of 3 Russians that have spent a full year in a country to become regional and then start the project, that's a big ask
