no IGL on your T1 version. Stax doesn't want to be the primary IGL anymore, he wants to be a second caller
k1Ng has zero IGL experience and he wasn't even a second caller on VS/DRX i think?
Yoman and Persia are basically two of the standout IGLs in tier-2 KR right now
IMO he's should be a 2nd caller only, he's been looking mechanically clean since he joined T1

jawgemo does everything demon1 can do and more have jawg on fulltime duelist replace demon1 with a good flex so s0m can be main smokes/second duelist
fns can be senti/whatever he wants
get two really good players to compliment s0m fns jawg
Jawg is a really good flex, but you're forgetting what demon1 was like last year
demon1 was crazy don't get me wrong and tbh i still lowkey believe in him but in NRG's case it isn't worth it since demon1 fucks up the roles when you can get two REALLY mechanical t2 players and build them up giving FNS the freedom to cook another optic or better
demon1 plays senti/smokes/jett the problem is s0m plays main smokes/second duelist and that would mean that s0m has to offrole or viper also fucks up FNS's viper/senti/2nd inti spot since demon1 offroles the best on main smokes when account for all of that on top of jawg being the most comfortable on main duelist and fns s0m jawg is also has crazy on high theory comps(fns shines in this type of enviorment) potential on top of the tier 2 talent
do you think its worth risking all this(maybe more) on demon1's talent coming back

Jemkin is perfectly fine on RRQ
Ethan as initiator/flex should be fine, he's mechanically their best player right now since Demon1's on the bench
Have heard lot about stew, never seen him play though
Jemkin is good on RRQ, but full indo RRQ can be better I feel, no hate to jemkin
Ethan has been playing solid in stage 2, but havent seen him play sova/fade/gekko

gekko is easy to learn, something who is a jett/flex like demon1 plays him
sova - jawgemo will have to learn, probably the hardest. maybe s0m can but ascent exists, if demon1 jett s0men fns cypher/kj ethan kayo, jawg gonna have to learn
without ethan they don't have a flash init - capable player

nah it cant, there arent any goated inintiator prospects out of na rn (maybe sayonara is the only exception but he too young)
Trade T1 Opcrutchplayer with Stew pls. Get Yoman as IGL, Rb is a good choice tho
