Based on this off season and current rosters, which regions will be more competitive than the other in their respective leagues on paper?

i believe APAC has more teams to fight for top 3 than EMEA on paper, but ofc its just assumptions at this point.
No it's apac still 3 but the problem with NA and EU

EU = CS still shadowing val and make org not having desire come into val

Solid ranking, I think the skill gap between Americas and the other regions is looking too high right now. With Lev, Loud, Sen, NRG, looking like extremely competitive rosters. Even some of our worst teams like Cloud9 going 5 maps against EMEA's best, with a sub too btw. I'll be very shocked if madrid isn't won by a team from Americas or a team with NA imports like KC, t1, or bleed.

also, it's about competitiveness in their league - i.e. how spread out the talent is.
And we all know emea is a 1 team region, that 1 team may be the best in the world and got them many trophies, but still it's one team.
which means the league is gonna be farmed (not competitive) and unless you're a fan of that team, watching the emea league is not gonna be fun to watch at all
well since lev roster is better than NA and LOUD CLEARS EVERY EMEA TEAM
