I’d rather them sign Alive or mushashi. Kamo is a mid ass duelist. Also keeeping Starxo as the igl is just horrendous decision making

Shadow is a fine veteran, top tier 2, low tier 1. Problem? Barely any room for improvement, so you're bound to that, high tier 2 low tier 1
I'm saying someone who has been trying to improve for years like Shadow is less likely to achieve anything new than someone who's just getting there. Everyone has a celling and the longer you try to push for it the most likely it is that you already hit it

I don't, but if the last time he was in tier 1 had a certain level, the chances of him being above that level are low. Meanwhile with a player like kamo, you do not know where his floor is, he could be worse, but you don't know where his celling is either, everything is new, and that's what a lower team needs to look for.
Kamo could either be a bust or a world class player, Shadow will most likely be what he was last time a regular tier 1 player. If you don't agree then fine, but idk how else to explain it
losing monyet is not a bad move. think about it
Monyet knows he is capable of achieving much more. More than he ever will in GE. GE know that. GE know that Monyet wants to go
- There is no point in contract-jailing a player who doesnt want to play in your org / is unsatisfied to play with you
- It affects team mentality
- Monyet will play like shit and ruin his entire career, GE will get worse
Secondly, they didnt just throw away monyet. They got big fucking bag for it. And they got Benkai of it aswell, which is not a bad pickup in any world.

Kamo is alright. Starxo and Shadow r the real throw. Giants I don’t mind. They kept a good core and brought on a seasoned igl. Sure redgar does a lot of questionable things in game but he’s the best they could’ve gotten

Keiko is arguably the best duelist coming from tier 2 (at least I think so) and Mistic has always been solid support player. On paper its not superteam or anything, but the old roster wasn't just working and anything is better than keeping disfunctional roster. They got some good pieces and existing core.
I'm fine with keiko actually. don't see any replacement as well.
and I supported mistic even during his time on fnatic and yes his support utility are great.
but I just don't want him on liquid. don't feel he is the missing piece for them
