yes, but many things changed. for example, eg is loved by most brazilians now, but at the time no one knew them. a new scenario were born since lock in.
now, i would cheer for any americas team cause i had the opportunity to know them better, during vct. and cheering for my region means more americas teams in international events.

Let's be honest, there are many teams without any fanbase in franchises. Who cares about EG, DFM, TH, RRQ, T1, GIA, FPX, GENG, TALON? People only care about LOUD, FNATIC, NAVI, TL, NRG, 100T, C9, SEN, DRX and PRX.
